The pools were GORGEOUS. Plenty of sunbeds were available.

The wardrobes are unfortunately in the sitting room. The pool bar was not big enough. The entertainment was shockingly bad.

the rooms were like small bungalows and very nice. i found the staff really helpful especially the ones at reception. the air conditioning in my room worked very well and quietly. outside my room were a table and sun loungers for our use.

i loved my room, it was on the top floor and had a great view. the beds and pillows were good. the food choices were decent, i found fish, meat, salads, and vegetables (there was a good variety). the room was cleaned daily, which i appreciated.

the wifi connection was not very strong, i could only access it in the main building. this was a bit inconvenient, as i wanted to use it in my room. i hope they can improve the signal throughout the premises.

the hotel grounds feature well kept areas with gardeners present. you can find a heated pool suitable for children. another larger, cooler pool. near the hotel, a volcano offers hiking opportunities.
