The pools were GORGEOUS. Plenty of sunbeds were available.
The wardrobes are unfortunately in the sitting room. The pool bar was not big enough. The entertainment was shockingly bad.

the rooms were like small bungalows and very nice. i found the staff really helpful especially the ones at reception. the air conditioning in my room worked very well and quietly. outside my room were a table and sun loungers for our use.
the location is a short taxi to central locations so you will have to factor this in

the rooms were cleaned daily and i always had fresh towels. the air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. rooms were spacious and included a table and sun loungers outside the room.

the meal times felt relaxed with no queues. i could pour my own drinks. pizzas were freshly cooked and restaurant quality. there were hotdogs, cakes and fruits available at the snack bar by the pool.

Wonderful stay
great view good food daily cleaning
i loved my room, it was on the top floor and had a great view. the beds and pillows were good. the food choices were decent, i found fish, meat, salads, and vegetables (there was a good variety). the room was cleaned daily, which i appreciated.
the wifi connection was not very strong, i could only access it in the main building. this was a bit inconvenient, as i wanted to use it in my room. i hope they can improve the signal throughout the premises.

the hotel grounds feature well kept areas with gardeners present. you can find a heated pool suitable for children. another larger, cooler pool. near the hotel, a volcano offers hiking opportunities.

the hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from playa flamingo. taxis are readily available for transport to other beaches and areas. aqualand is around a 15-minute walk from the hotel (this could be very convenient).
